I love this, it make sense to my life experience, even in my childhood experience, I've been struggling to protect my inner child from being manipulate and judging by others who don't even know about me, and that's really hard for me. I really have tried my best throughout these paths...

To know that you are sabotaging yourself is to firstly know that you have the choice of either sabotaging or choosing not to sabotage
You may be in a situation currently due to past deeds but the very choice that you have in this moment to slowly and steadily make decisions that lessens your concerns about sabotaging untill a point that you don't even remember what sabotaging the self is.
There are things at the deeper levels of our choices, do listen to Acharya Prashant once for the 'Deep Clean Mode' of the self 🙏

Going through a tiny bit of self sabotage and can I say I’m ok with that. As it is minuscule to past behaviours. I know that it will pass because this is all so natural as I’m starting to see that we are all shedding layers of who we truly aren’t. Not fighting it just letting it come up and out. That this is a natural process of our lives as we grow, as beings on this planet. Like all of life we humans also go through the seasons. Affected by weather and our environments of other human beings.
That we are releasing as a collective disempowering ways of being. That most definitely began in our childhoods. Learning about our personal power and as we release we take our power back and learn how to use it.
That we are at a time when we are understanding so much about ourselves and beginning to really go within instead of seeking outside of ourselves.
Experiencing the truth of who we are without any comparison to souls around us. We begin to see our Power our Beauty and dance with our Spirit into our purged, cleansed, Soul…
Free to live our lives within the chaos or influences surrounding us ✨
So, to all of you who are in the midst of your soul journey. I Thank-you for your courage, your honesty, in speaking out and knowing we are not alone in this ♥️♥️♥️

I related all along... but mostly for what my daughter told me later in her life about her relationship with her mother (of which I did not know about for I was at work at those times). Yes, a buzz phrase is for a female to have "daddy issues", all the while it is all about the issues with Mommy. My daughter clearly stated to me that it was her mother that totally negatively her life. And for that she chose things to be and do that were not healthy for her in the short or long term. Maybe, in part, that is the reason that society is as it is... that is, to keep the parents unknowing of each other as well as their children, so the children are more prone to be trapped into the "social conditioning" from "them".
