Took me 25 yrs to realized
that I was living with low self esteem and finally I found out at the age of 31 yrs old. I grew up in a latin country with unhealthy mindset about competition for who is the best created an “Ego” in me that was killing my heart and poisoning my mind.
Be kind to yourself and be honest with yourself and you’ll discover that your fears are not real.

All my life i have been fighting with low self esteem , self doubt , low confidence . I will push through it . I will not let my ego say am the worst in the world . This video gives me a new perspective. I ll work on this perspective. I am happy .

Low self esteem is caused by traumatic experiences and abuses. These 2 factors are the reason behind low self esteem from what i know. These causes you to have no self confidence which leads to low self esteem.

Everyone needs to read it....if you are suffering from JUST ANY kind of a negative emotion that's perfectly fine..even i myself am suffering from 2 consicutive FALIURE low self-esteem feeling stuck depression etc. but i know one thing...if your endurance is bigger than this and hard work is even more bigger....than definitely all suffering will be worthwhile... don't fake positivity....have courage to face endure and replant your own seeds!

In islam, helping others is an obligation due to its affects on us and our hearts in general. I find it fascinating that helping others could ultimately lead us to finding/ discovering who we really are.

This is ridiculous. The best or the worst? Some people have been through terrible abuse that has left them feeling worthless and without confidence. People have a difficult time listing their skills when they have been told that they are nothing. Many of these abusive relationships begin with losing yourself in the service of others, who then steal from you, hit you and put you down. This eventually makes you feel reluctant to reach out to others, not because they won't thank you, but because they may hurt you again. You may need time to heal, to breathe, to care for yourself, before you feel strong enough to jump into service. Losing yourself in anything, a relationship, a job, a cause, is dangerous. You must be aware of your own values, morals, and worth, or you may be badly used and lost.
