These are the only selections that help me calm down now that my family is falling apart. My dad is depressed or psychopathic, and our relationship has become very complicated. We live together and I'm scared to go home, I don't trust my parents, only fear. And the most painful thing is that it has been dragging on not for 5 years, but more. I'm trying to deal with my depression and the only feeling that's with me is fear.
