As a Gen Xer, this movie makes me feel nostalgic for this time period. The early to mid 90s. The internet was in its infancy. Cell phones were there, but hadn't taken over everyone's life yet. We were really alive and experiencing one another.

This movie is most accurate portrayal of existential crisis and confused kids in the search of identity. It’s so strong and raw and in emotion.

Saw this on HBO years ago at like 2am. The movie has stuck with me. Just the whole vibe and the melancholy way it ends. The characters are so true to life too.

It's interesting to watch this with 40 year old eyes vs. my 15 year old eyes of 1997.

Wow, Richard Linklater once again delivers one of the most fundamentally moving films I have ever seen. This movie, combined with Slacker and Waking Life are true works of Art that make someone like me, born in 98, realize that times may be changing faster than ever, but human emotion does not.

This is way better than Clerks 2. Underrated gem that captured the 90s pop culture and sub culture!

Can’t tell you how thankful I am that you uploaded this. The only copy I have is an over 20 year old VHS and I no longer have a VCR . This is one of those rare films that accurately depicts the suburban ennui of the 90s. Very underrated in my opinion.

The slowed down guitars of the song "Sunday" are haunting. Captures the vibe perfectly.

Hands down one of the most underrated independent films of the mid 90’s, it definitely a cult classic like Dazed And Confused or Dead Man On Campus.

One of my favorites. It is a gift that keeps on giving as it continues to resonate with me differently as I get older.

Love this movie since it came out. I was 26 then and now I’m 51. I still enjoy watching this it brings back memories. It’s funny when one of the characters mentions in the movie that she’s thinking of moving to New York and she found a apartment for $600 a month. I’m thinking are you sure that’s a apartment or a closet. LOL!!!

Parker posey is gorgeous in every movie she is in. I always want to see her more when she's in an ensemble cast. My favorite movie she did back in the day was the house of yes.
