The first time I saw this video was back in 1999, at 18; and I had barely an understanding of the significance of David Bowie. I heard a few of the essentials, but when this video premiered on VH1 late one night, I was hypnotized by it and didnāt quite understand the emotions I had from seeing it; but from there...
