I started at 75 kg, it's been 1.5 months im doing this workout daily, and i lose 5 kg with intermittent fasting. Never been consistent with workout before, because of my knee and backpain. Because of doing this workout daily, im not only losing weight, i feel energetic, gain my confidence and my backpain is slowly dissapear too. Thank you, Emi!

Hello Emi, it has been a month since I started this workout. I started at 66kg. I didn't expect any weight lose, I just want to move my body more. But unexpectedly, it decrease my weight into 64.5kg. My body feels lighter than before and it feels so much good. I'll try to keep doing this workout, cause it's the only workout that makes me comfortable and enjoy every move. Thank you for creating this video:")

I was just about to do the 30min walking workout when this video popped up on my feed, I was like, yes, this is it!
I'm all sweaty right now, this was such a good workout!

Today is 13rd December.
I do this exercise in the morning and do "30 min Full Body Fat burn HIIT (No Jumping)" in the afternoon. (I will not exercise when I have period days, I will do other exercises instead). My current weight is 54.94kilograms (~121lbs). I will update daily process and my weight after one month.
▪️Day 1 (14.12.2023): ✅ I woke up late today so I just did this exercise in the afternoon. Full of energy after I did it...
▪️Day 2 (15.12.2023): ✅️ I woke up early and had a warm lemonade mixed with honey, then I would have a celery smoothie combined with apples and cucumbers. I did 45mins Walking workout in the morning and 30mins full body workout in the afternoon. Normally meals.
▪Day 3 (16.12.2023): ✖️ (No workout today)
▪Day 4 (17.12.2023): ✖️ (No workout today) but I walked 10,000 steps today.
▪Day 5 (18.12.2023): ✅️ I did this cardio 2 times and normally meals.
▪Day 6 (19.12.2023): ✖ (No workout today) but I walked 10,000 steps today.
▪Day 7 (20.12.2023): ✅ I woke up early and had a warm lemonade mixed with honey, then I would have a celery smoothie combined with apples and cucumbers. I did this exercise 45mins in the afternoon. Normally meals.
▪Day 8 (21.12.2023): ✅ I did this cardio in the afternoon. Normally meals.
▪Day 9 (22.12.2023): ✅ (I think I'll mantain have a glass of smoothie per day. It has benifits such as removing toxins out of my body and replacing breakfat) Today I had a tomato + apple smoothie. I did 45mins walking workout combined with 30mins Full body Fat burn HIIT (No jumping). Normally meals.
