Dang! I got catfished when I signed up on a dating app after few years after my divorce. Fortunately, when the guy tried to reel me in, all my alarm bells went off. I found the person to whom the photos belonged, and just sent a friendly message letting him know scammers were using his photos. I never heard anything from him and never expected to. Not his fault some really dishonest people were trying to scam women. Your helping people went above and beyond. I’m sorry you’re getting flack about it. Love you, Peter!

I had a guy named "Kevin" with a very thick Indian accent tell me that I needed to give my information and name to get the vacation prize I signed up for with their company.
I didn't give out my name and said, "I don't know who you are..Kevin..I don't know what company you work for, who your employer is and I don't know anything about a vacation. I didn't sign up for anything."
He kept trying to interrupt me and say that he was Kevin and I kept saying I didn't sign up for anything.
He hung up. I wonder why.
