Here is a short story to pass time; There was once a little solitary boy, who, like many others, was afraid of talking to girls and getting picked to speak in front of the class. His father was drug addict, but his mom, an angel. He learned, trought trial and error, that life wasn't just an accompaniment of short answers and divergence, and trought time, that he just had to get out of his view window. He fought many losses, along with the search of his own identity. Moreover, the little boy never really liked christmas in particular cause he always was the one receiving the gifts from his family members. Jumping in a time capsule, the boy, being more mature and having a million things to care about, found the love of his life. It is only then, that he realised he could learn a lot about himself just by looking at it from another person's perspective. He now found himself making a christmas tree in his appartment, even if no one would ever pay it a visit. He started singing christmas songs for the joy of it, and started writting little letters and packaged gifts for his loved one. It was only then, that the man realised that: sharing, is caring. So from the moment you see this, just know that nothing is impossible. If you are going to pass a lonely christmas (and let's be honest, by the time I'm writting this many people will), remember that there is a place for you in this vast world, and only you can decide what you do with it. So, have a great one, stranger, and think about what you could do to enlight someone's life. Who knows, it could be a rewarding experience.
