I actually think they are getting more energetic again, I don't know if it was the Glastonbury critique but this is starting to look like 2018 shows. I've been following the tour on youtube and even watched them live last year, and yea, I can see people finding it a bore. But this one show... I don't know it looks like they are getting into it.
