1. Hair mask every week. 2. Put oils on your ends every night. 3. Let your hair rest from heat for at least two weeks. 4. Add some leave in conditioner when styling

I love how a guy who has no hair gives the best hair advice. Donā€™t listen to the Tik tok girls, listen to him.

My hair went from dull & unhealthy to shinny, long, & healthy. I am still in disbelief that this fantastic guy with no hair gave me the BEST hair advice I have ever received. I bought everything from his recommend hair product list per my hair type and after 2 weeks my hair did a 180 towards the hair I used to have in my 20s. I am so grateful for this channel & generosity in sharing your authentic knowledge with us! šŸ’œšŸ’œšŸ¤©šŸ¤©šŸ‘šŸ»šŸ‘šŸ»

67 years young and waist length wavy /curly hair. I have been using these recommended techniques and products for over a year. My silver locks are the healthiest they have ever been. I wash once a week, no heat and I refresh daily with water and leave in, oil on ends. Thank you, your knowledge is priceless. Ps. I know a lot of people think older women shouldnā€™t have long hair. I sayā€¦Iā€™ve earned it and at my age I deserve to do what makes me happy. I love my locks and just want them to be healthy and following you has done that, so again thank you. To any naysayers, You do you, Iā€™ll do me!

I am so impressed!! My mum was a hairdresser and since I was a child she used to put hair oil in my hair and explain everything about hair almost exactly as you explained in this video. I was not taking her advice very seriously but I was anw doing whatever she used to tell me about hair because she was my mum. Result: I have long, thick, shiny healthy hair since forever.šŸ˜ I canā€™t thank her enough now that Ik that she is truly knowledgeable and she passed this knowledge to meā¤

the stuff at the start does work! but it doesn't make your hair longer, it makes it shiny and smoother!

Finally, someone who is actually helpful and not trying to sell me some expensive vitamin that does nothing! Thank you Chris. I love your videos!

This channel has changed my hair! IF IN DOUBT, LISTEN TO CHRIS. I was the exact same; couldn't grow my hair past my shoulders (no dye/little heat ever used). I started washing and treating my hair with the proper tools (and heat) and within a couple of months, I noticed change. Now, about 1.5 yrs in and my hair stylist is astonished by the growth and how shiny and healthy my hair is! I'm a tad ahem older, so I just thought long, pretty hair was a by-gone thing for me. I can't thank you enough! And, it's financially cheaper to use the right products - total win!!

I have been following this channel since December and my hair has become so much longer and healthier than itā€™s ever been! I cannot stop telling people about the recommendations he makes and how itā€™s changed my hair. I had a headshot done for work 6 weeks ago and when they posted it on our website this week I was amazed to see a full inch of growth. My hair NEVER used to grow that quickly! Or I guess hold lengthā€¦ Iā€™m learning all this new stuff. Thank you so much for sharing your experience so I could finally get my hair growing. šŸ’›

Another thing I think is really helpful is if possible, making a loose braid before going to bed

Your videos have LITERALLY transformed my hair. I was always that blonde girl that could never grow any inches; it would always stay at the same length. Ever since I started washing it less, using leave in conditioner, blow dry cream and then with oil my hair has never looked better. Thank you so much for these videos šŸ’—

about the beginning of the video with the lady oiling her scalp , and as someone who does it , it has helped with the amount of hair iā€™ve had grown on my scalp , helped with bald spots and new hairs on different areas to appear . i suggest learning more about this topic to see the true benefits šŸ™

That's such good advice! I am growing out my hair again and I have not cut it for exactly six months. I use Castor Oil and am about to start using Rosemary oil which I hear is really good. I'll also try coconut oil again - I used that before and it feels great. I love the hair masks also. I try not to use heat too much just every now and then as my hair is kinda curly and I just like it straight sometimes. The thing I found is that before I used no heat whatsoever and was really strict but I got fed up with my hair and ended up cutting it. I'd rather use heat sometimes with heat protector and enjoy my hair if that makes sense. It's about balance as the growing out phase can be messy, fun but messy.
