I loved this film and relate to the deeper meaning they are trying to explain here. Few years back, I attended one Art of Living workshop by Shri Shri Ravi Shankar, during one session we practice "Sudarshan kria" in a group as shown in this film. My first experience was amazing, after doing few rounds of breathing i slipped into a state that was magical. A state similar to getting high/stoned, but only naturally with out any external stimulus. Presently when ever i am in a clean good energy environment, i try and consciously practice these breathing techniques. If you do it right, you would feel an infinite flow of energy thru every part of your body. I feel this energy flow has a charging and healing effect on the body. And it's free, just needs a conscious thought.

I always believe everything natural can heal us, plants,vegetables, herbs,fruits, and drinking natural teas too, combined with doing exercise regularly, movements(body stretching,running,etc) and water(swimming, shower with cold water, therapeutic bath,etc). Being meditative( meditation, breathing techniques,etc) for some time everyday also helps heal and maintain our wellbeing. 🙏🏽

I watched half of this doc last night- and told a friend about a center in Costa Rica that hosts plant medicine retreats. I came across this facility from an influencer that I’ve followed on Instagram for a long time. That place was Rythmia. Then, I watch the end of the doc tonight and find out that in ends with the co creators of Rythmia! I love the universe! These are the type of things that make the world go around 💗

Oh I've desired to do this for at least 3 years now..Spirit keeps bringing me back to these videos..i stopped viewing them after I saw one and entered my email for a free trip and didn't get connected..so I gave up..but here I AM again..to do this would be a REAL Miracle because I'm not in ANY position to ever make a trip like this. I know Spirit could make it happen..thats why it would be a REAL Miracle!

17:00-20:00 hit home for me because I recently tried LSD for the first time. I had been feeling so tired and as a plant based individual, I stopped caring and cooking and felt so unmotivated. LSD gave me enlightenment that I would’ve never had without it.
Wouldn’t take it again because of how nauseous and anxious I felt but I felt so empowered the next day after being down for 12hours in the drug. I’ve been better than ever and beginning to spiritually heal. Would’ve never been in this state of mind if I wouldn’t have taken the drug.

I am ready.. I've been ready. I have nothing material left at this time in my life. My benefits taken from me harshly. I'm fighting to get them back but with little and no help. I'm living on the charity of my friend. 8 momths... disabled. Guardian to a 9 yr old grandson. Knowing the responsibility of can't give up. I want to be in the moments described here. I access them from time to time but alone is daunting. I envy those who have a army of friends that with their love sustain "their moments". How can others with nothing to offer but their hearts reach Rhythmia? I with my heart send you blessings, love and light. All I ask is, please send me your light laden love back to me through the universe. I could use your support in that manner. Next week I go to their MD so that "the corporate" people decide to return to me my benefits, that give me back monies taken from me leaving me destitute. I want to better navigate with my grandson in this world. Unfortunately, I could forever have the right mindset but without the means, it next to impossible. So please, when the sun sets in the west just send me your love light and blessings. I'll be there reaching out attempting to manifest it as well. Thank you for reading this and also for good intentions in advance.

Once you break free of your insecurities you begin to realize that you have just as much right to be here as any rock, bush, star, tree or any other person, then you are on the way to realizing that we are all part of the same intelligent consciousness that permeates everything to varying degrees. That means we're all one with everything including the past and future and all dimensions. We are literally everywhere and if you get into the right state of mind you can go to these different places simply by thinking about them. God is inside you.
