I saw these guys at the XPN music festival in 2017 I believe. After they were done playing, my dad took me "backstage" with him so we could be the band. Me being 10, I had no clue who White Denim was, so when I met James, I completely blew it off. Thinking back to that, I regret having done that.

Best performance, version, interpretation I have seen from them so far!!! It's over 9000! So much energy! We used to get stoned and watch all the recordings on the old basement website, and this was always a highlight.

Went to school at Stephen F. Austin University in the middle of nowhere east Texas with James. We were both English majors. Watched him damn near get in fights at open mic nights. He brings the fire every time. A real fuckin man!!!!!!!!
