I know this is Ben, Badmo and a lot of what happened is very well known to those in the hobby and the home distilling community, but there are many of us that are still a little outsiders that simply want to support the hobby and so hearing more from Christopher about what happened, and his perspective, does help a lot.

Chris has been so great with all of this, i have 8 barrels now and im sure ill get many more, looking forward to the stencil so i can oit it on the kokuto jaggery rum I put into one ...alas, panella in Oz is just toooo expensive for the amount id need to make a barrels worth, but the intent is there!

I made a rum with palm sugar this summer, instead of dunder or yeast, I cultivated wild yeast and bacteria from pineapple. I ground up 3 pineapple rind and all and put it in a jar. 3 days later it was bubbling like crazy. After a week I threw it in the wash. The rum was very good.. I wash I had more of it...

I really like their barrels, I've ordered 5 of them so far and will be ordering more, being a beginner in the art of distilling spirits and storing them, the barrels come in such handy system, and when I'm done bottling that barrel, I have another run of the same product or just a bit different, the flavor profile of the wood and the product before is a wonderful thing
