My take on the meaning of the video, which might be completely wrong, but I'm like... whatever:
The people in the colored suits are their minds, which control everything their body does. That's why the 'suits' made every movement for them.
The moment at which the 'suits' saw eachother and fell in love, was the same moment Watsky and the girl were staring at eachother doing nothing, as a sign of being stunned of love by one another. It could also be so that the part at which they looked away at their 'suits', after staring at eachother, was them looking into their minds thinking "Wait, am I in love?"
Furthermore, the part where Watsky and the girl were to have sex and their 'suits' took over and intertwined could have been a metaphor to how more intimate of an experience it is to have sex with someone you love.
Even if it isn't the true meaning of the videoclip, I still very much like the way he, in my eyes, portrayed falling in love, not with one another's body, but their mind.
