Not hating, but 1,5 grams of protein per pound is way too much when you're on a bulk IMO. When you're bulking you should focus on eating mostly carbs because they also make you grow and maybe eat around 1 gram of protein per pound instead. When you're cutting on the other hand and your calories are low it's extremely important that your protein intake is high because you want to keep as much muscle mass as possible during your caloric deficit. I would say 1,5 grams of protein per pound is pretty optimal when you're cutting, but simply too much when you're on a bulk. Other than that, good stuff. Love your vids, keep it up!
