The buzzing kept getting louder and louder and I was really trying to wake up because it was so annoying and Scarry and 3:32 is exactly what it sounds like

I get the buzzing noise but it also feels like my head is shaking from it.
This happens to Me when I’m starting to fall asleep tho. And I know that’s when sleep paralysis is going to start so I wake myself up before it happens cause it freaks me out.
Pretty much every time I get sleep paralysis I hear the buzzing noise and shaking of the head before I can’t move for a good while.

I just woke up from the loudest buzzing noise I have ever heard, I never thought it was possible for humans to hear frequencies of such. It started as I was drifting off going to sleep, all of a sudden I wake up in a different bed in what I thought was my living room. At this point, my body is frozen and it took immense force to move any body part, I was trying to yell out to my dad but only the slightest voice was coming out and that's when I felt a presence above me. As soon as I feel this 'presence' a buzzing noise starts, going from a faint buzzing noise, to the loudest noise your mind can possibly handle, and as the noise increased my vision as I recall went from pitch black to fuzzy white. I just had this dream it is currently 6am I really needed to share this experience hoping some one who has experienced something similar will read.

I literally just had a sleep paralysis. I heard loud static and loud fireworks going off at once. I didn’t see anything or felt anything (pressure on chest or someone grabbing me) all I remember is that I couldn’t move (I was positioned like I was in a coffin), my eyes were wide open, and shortness of breath. I tried to move my legs but couldn’t but then I managed to do so (maybe because the paralysis is coming to a stop).
What’s weird is that it was scary but lowkey a fun experience 😂

I get this buzzing sound everytime I have sleep paralysis and whenever I try to move it becomes extremely louder, sometimes it sounds so real that I think my ears will explode..
