I live in NY. White Castle are thin burgers, cooked in pickle juice that's used to re-hydrate the reconstituted onions. They should also have dill pickle slices, not gherkins. They sell them by the bag. That's too thick, for starters, and not cooked the right way. If you're in NY, or northern NJ, that's where to get them.
I would call that a slider, but not a White Castle.

Great detailed reviews! I love that you guys call it like you see it. Some places just don't live up to expectations, and it's only fair to future customers that you be honest. Well done!
As a side note, where do y'all get your graphics? Did someone design them for you, or did you do them yourselves?
Keep up the great content!

There is a BIG difference between '' Grilled Ribs ''and '' BBQ'd Ribs '' ! Grilled Ribs like those Baby Backs are always thinner when compared to St.Louis and Country Ribs because they have to be cut or trimmed thinner to cook on a grill in the open whereas St.Louis and Country Ribs are a lot thicker Cut because they are cooked in a Closed Smoker Unit at temps of 225 * F to 275*F for several hours, usually 3 to 5 , Low & Slow whereas Grilled is HOT and Fast !

That coleslaw was, um, very interesting looking. When I saw the cook assembling your sandwich, I thought that the coleslaw was chopped bbq mixed with a thick, tomato-based bbq sauce. I've seen a lot of coleslaw, but I have never seen a slaw like that.
I'm probably in the minority, but I think sweet potato fries are an abomination. I love sweet potatoes and eat them steamed, baked, boiled, casseroled, and curried. I draw the line at French fried. The sweet potatoes lose the nuance of flavor and become dry & mealy. Yuck. However, chacun a son gout!

Deana's face when Phil was ranting about the tax was my favourite hahaha. I agree with you Phil it's not funny and it's annoying. I am from Canada and we have always had added sales tax. I think people from countries that have this just don't get as riled up about it because we are used to always having it.
