No clear coat? Modern touch up paints are typically applied in two parts.

I cannot blend my touch up for the life of me I have tried polishing sanding and compound there’s no way I can’t find to blend it in with my paint work unless I spray it all

First of all the paint didnt match. This is the application of known dobbers. They over charge and the work is crap. Take your time, let the paint dry and remove the overlap with a combination of wet wax and thinner. Dont make the chip worse like this guy did.

Why always the rock music? At least there are written instructions so you can turn the sound off.

Annoying loud music. Painting should be accompanied by classical music. Try Mozart.
