I love the juxtaposition between "(This is) The Thing" and "It's Your Own Body and Mind." The former sounds like an acoustic Ascension track (with a nod to "Tell Me You Love Me"), and the latter sounds like an old-school Sufjan demo. I think the transition works really well :-)
