came back same even higher.
Free test was in the middle, Albumine was high, etc. I always held on to muscle, gained muscle and had muscle foundation regardless if I ever walked into the gym, Chest always looks good, abs since I was 14 , toned arms, BUT shirt on, Youd think i was a stick , NO WIEGHT ON ME, i had seizures and couldn't work out nor gain weight, stomach shrunk, If i work out, It's like beast mode fast, past newbie gains after I hit that, I say this not to brag but to warn young men, WORK OUT! Don't be like me and WASTE your genetic gifts, My dad is a pro boxer, I wasted his genes haha, I feel like I suck, Instead, i'm in a position where people just think i'm small, I'm already short lmao So.. Take advantage of the years, I'm jumping on it again, i have a few years to age 30 , I'm this dudes age, 30 isn't the end , you have plenty of time, people start at that age and make huge gains, heck even waaay later, But 30 is when you even out, finsih growing, and you don't decline because your old, You slightly start to decline because your raising level ages are done, So your body regulates, But if you work out before hand, Guess what. You keep the foundation, you shave off the loss and delay it, DO IT NOW!!

Went through the same thing, was feeling less energy and motivation, got my T tested and results were normal. We forget how behavioral factors can mess with our drives - from both situational sources (needing to shake up our routines/lives) and physiological ones (seritonin imbalance, endocrinology issues, etc.). Something like a minor thyroid condition can drain you of daily energy and you'll never know it's that until your doctor thinks to test you for it. Moral of the story: have a good primary care physician.

Did you try to change your gym routine? there are toon of variations of common exercises that can stimulate muscles in a different way. That may help to activate muscles, I always find some exercises from Jeff Cavaliere that bring something different and efective. And melatonin, as sleep inducer, work really well for me, to have best quality rest. Big Hug

I had my test levels checked, my doctor told me I needed to do blood work three times to get an accurate average, so fluctuation is totally normal, we are humans after all. There is so many things that can give you the same symptoms. Maybe your sleep wasn't good over a long period of time, being stressed for too long, working too many hours, not eating enough calories, working out too much, depression, anxiety, tons of things can give you symptoms. I encourage you to have balance, in physical activity, social life, sleep, hobbies, rest and recovery, have healthy balanced meals and also to stop worrying too much, sometimes it can be mental fatigue taking over everything.
