To say that watching Taylor's son Shane Hawkins on "My Hero" was very touching, does not even begin to cut it.
Dave Grohl watching him with a look of proud Love as he turned his back on the crowd just to gaze lovingly at Taylor's son as he would so often towards Shane's dad.
That love in the Foo Fighter's family will be with Shane for all his life.
The King is dead.

Thank you for sharing! This is gonna go down in history as one of, if not THE, greatest tribute/benefit show ever. The lineup was so stacked, everyone performed at their absolute honest peak, no problems, this was a glorious send off for Taylor. RIP

I'd held off watching this for a while. Didn't expect it to hit me like it did. Taylor dying wasn't great, but we'd lost Chris and Lemmy and many others already. Seeing some of your heroes die too soon sucks. I didn't expect to weep like a child through most of this, though. RIP to a beautiful human!
