That's so cool how you put the time up on the screen and the route also. Your hr fell as you ran. Sub 5 is a good pace but that tendon is a tough one. Hopefully you enjoyed the run and didn't feel like it was slow or something disappointing cause that's a good starting pace and your form will return over a few weeks.
Sometimes a break can be a good thing if the injury is fully healed as opposed to bad quality training while it lingers.
