I can watch RZA yโ€™all for years. So wise, so humble, so passionate. Tao of Wu continues to change my life to this day. Thanks for giving him his flowers while heโ€™s still here. Dude is the truth

2:05 The "Arabic girl" is legendary Israeli (of Yemenite origin) singer Ofra Haza, may she rest in peace. Her rendition of the old Jewish Yemenite prayer "Im Nin'alu" was single of the year in Germany in 1987. That is what Cold Cut sampled for that remix.

RZA is biased about Inspectah Decks verse.. he's Part of Wu-Tang, of course he's going to say that. But I, as a neutral observer state 100% .. that verse, is one of the greatest set-off verses in Hip-Hop history.

This is what's missing in current Gen hip-hop. The young artist in large part today don't have the connection to classic Soul, Funk, disco, etc. that the first two (80's 90's) hip hop generations did.

Favorite track by the Rza "A Day to God is a Thousand Years / Men walk around with a thousand fears / The true joy of love bring a thousand tears / In the world of desire, there's a thousand snares"

Circle of 5ths, chords, chord progression. That's the direction Hip Hop was supposed to go in. We don't need to sample everybody else, we can play it ourselves. It's dope that he was on it. That why he's the Abbott!!! Wu-Tang is for the children๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ‘

Back when muzic waz still Hip Hop, 4ร—4 beats, & deep hard bass lines, that pump, & awesome drum beatz, that weren't to extensive, & just raw & pure. Everytime I see that picture of RZA with his Army fatigue, & bandana, I think of the Wu-Chronicles.....lol...Respex to RZA, & Mad Love to the DJs, & Artists..... ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ˜Ž
