I'm now 57, and my 7 year old daughter heard me listening to this mix on the weekend and asked me a question. Papa, is this new music? Why don't they play this on the radio it's so cool. I told her it's 40 years old. Her response was, "How do I get it because it's better than the stuff I listen to. It's so beautiful to hear that the music from the 80s still makes an impact on the young.

What a trip back to a wonderful past here in Brazil, I was born on October 30, 1969, I was 15 years old at that time, I remember that arriving at the weekend, like Friday, we were already getting ready to rock the clubs with their globes sparkling, we rehearsed the dances, the steps, emotion running high, we fell in love when the slow music played, simply a wonderful time, the best. Today, he is 54 years old and very happy to have lived through the best time in world music.
