The owner refuses to sleep here, a death occurred in the living room, a mine explosion that killed 40+ men adjacent to the property, and it was apart of the Underground Railroad.

We are the FIRST, LAST, and ONLY GROUP on YouTube to film, investigate, AND explore the abandoned house next door where a very horrific event happened, for which was demolished just days after we went inside.

Main History:

Jacob Heatherington was a coal miner who built the Bellaire House for his granddaughter, Lyde, who actually died in the living room due to a heart attack. Edwin Heatherington, her brother, became so depressed, he asked for people to come to the house to help communicate with Lyde, but ended up opening at least 11 portals and doorways that they didn’t know how to properly close, thus opening the house up to the paranormal.

On top of this, The house sits on a ley line, which means there’s a constant source of paranormal energy in the house that goes in and out of it. Spirits can come in and out. Even new unrecognized ones. AND sits next to the Ohio river which creates a constant magnetic pull for spirits.

The French and Indian war took place on the land from 1754 to 1763, for which behind the house, are Shawnee Indian burial caves.

After the house sat abandoned for numerous years, the new owner bought it in 2005 after going through two flash floods almost leaving her family homeless, as if it was in foreclosure list. She refuses to sleep here after she was once strangled and had her dog thrown to the wall by an unseen force in her own bedroom.
