This is something I have been struggling with severely for the last two months. I am not completely recovered but know that soon I will be. I hope to help others understand they are not alone...💙

WE ARE GOING TO GET THROUGH THIS.

Definitely one of the worst things that’s happened to me , started about 7 months ago from weed. Pretty much tripped really bad and was stuck like that ever since, things got really bad anxiety was through the roof . Pretty much was like you I was always outgoing and it turned me into an introvert. But finally after 7 months I’ve pretty much gotten through it and it’s about 98% gone I can still feel it barely but I’ve learned how to control it and get my mind off of it instantly and pretty much tell my brain this is real lol. Had to pretty much force myself to go out , change up my eating habits only drink water now no caffeine (Bc that made it worse at the time) quit using nicotine, and started going to the gym and also pretty much ignored it and stopped watching these videos but I felt like I’m in a good enough state mental that now I can try to shed some light on this type of stuff and maybe help people by talking about how I went through it and that it’s not FOREVER (like I thought it was) things do get better I promise just keep pushing through it:) I’ve done it and I know you can too

I've had DP/DR for 10 years and I have no anxiety. So, no, it's not just anxiety. It's just a failing circuit in the brain 🤷‍♂️
