One of my favourite games I played in 2021 was Vampyr. It's set in London 1918, while the Spanish plague is active. You control a doctor who gets turned into a vampire, and you work at a hospital. The story is about you trying to make a cure for the Spanish plague and trying to find out how and why you got turned into a vampire. You can choose to suck people's blood and become very strong quickly, but that will make that district you're in more chaotic and dangerous. You can also play the pacifist way but then you will not become that strong.
It's sort of like a RPG game in the sense that you have to go around and talk A LOT with a bunch of people. You will be rewarded with more xp if you get to know people and cure them of illness when you suck their blood. The combat system is pretty basic but still fun, it's kinda like a very bare bones dark souls combat system.

I just like BioWare. So I replayed all three Dragon Age games, then played all three Mass Effects three times each after Legendary Edition came out and played no other games all year. Best year in gaming since...ever?

First, persona 5 is amazing. Second, my favorite games I played this year were the souls games funny enough. I went through and beat every boss and it's challenging, but very rewarding. Y'all should definitely try them out.

Borderlands 3 and all the DLCs. Since it came out I've replayed it 3 times put over 400 hours into it and done literally everything, and I'm usually not much of a gamer! I'm replaying it for the fourth time while listening to your podcast

Damn, I would have loved to see some Dark Pictures playthroughs but I get with the amount of work that goes into the main channel that you'd want some stuff to yourself without having to feel like you need to put on a show for viewers.
