This is 100% legit. I remember seeing it on Nickelodeon during Rugrats. And then a EBS test Immediately came after, followed by a sudden knock on the door. I answered and there was a Officer holding a Beretta Gun in front of my face. I immediately closed the door in him and ran up to my room. Somehow, he found me hiding under my bed, he barely arrested me. So, if this commercial ever came on your tv back in the day, welp.
