My heart broke for both Alyssa and I. The amount of times Iâve heard that ringtone when trying to call my best friend is insane. Itâs so bad I hear it in my head whenever I simply read the words of it. I am so sorry Alyssa, and you are so brave for leaving the voicemail. I wouldnât. I know I just wouldnât have the voice cords for it. I am not the crying type, but simply thinking about how our friendship has gone bad, and how if I try to reach out to her right now nothing will change makes me want to throw up. I started crying the moment you started talking about her because I recognize every voice crack, every sentence, every emotion you have felt. I feel it every time I remember her.
