I'm always excited to see a project of Jack O'Connell because I think he's an exceptional talent of his generation. Just disappointing to see the reviews the film has received so far, so I'm not so sure if I am going to watch it. It gets compared (unfavourably) to the award-winning documentary from a few years back which I can just recommend and apparently they adapt some of the footage, but without adding anything new to the material. So yeah idk...but I can only assume he did a fantastic performance based on the material he got.
