My dearest friend ,I have really been unwell recently, and I found your video's, and learnt about impermanence ,and ponder the death ,and most importantly even when sick live in the present moment ,it may sound strange but i am so glad for getting sick recently , because I am very grateful for everything in my life but also i have learnt about how to let go of attachment ,thank you so much ,please stay safe with the storm,try and enjoy the wonderful sounds they bring ❤

I'm a Christian but I love listening to him so relaxing..and learned it really don't bother me anymore people talking about me at work behind my back...im helping alot of family members I'm giving and caring alot is going on my mom was sick my uncle is in a Nursing home I go after and before to him not saying I'm perfect no one is like he saing ...thanks for the words he gives me strength and not to worry about what people say about me .I also say when thinks bother me but most of the time I walk away silent ...

Namo buddhaye ❤🙏 after 4 days I'll have my comptitive exam and this is going to be my 4th attempt ..after a lot of hard work i couldn't clear just by few marks ...and now am so afraid that if i would be able to clear or not ..what if this tym also i will not pass ..these thoughts continuously coming in my mind .. thankyou so much i really needed this video..i know it's really tough to study right now but I'll try to give my best and i hope this will be my last attempt..🙏

I wish most of the new generation monks will follow you.. And am really grateful to you because the only monk i knows who use social media in really good way.. I'm a overthinker and found this one really useful at this much needed time. I'm used to watch these videos in my hardest times and mood is really really low. The voice it self makes me calm and drive me towards inner peace and help me to see the reality. 1) identify what makes you overthink. It could be speaking to people, it could be traveling alone. 2) To be mindful about the trigger and the emotions. Then you can catch that thought. Once you are mindful about it, you can control it. 3) Challenge yourself whether the thought is real? Is that going to happen in reality? 4) Take small action. If you have the fear of talking to people, try to do it, even if it is just for a short while. 5) Seek help. Dont be afraid to ask for help. There are people that can help.
