I live in a place which is only 120 kilometres from Buddha Goya where Sidhartha Goutama became Buddha after meditating for 49 days. In our areas, Buddhism is practised.Lord Krishna is being worshipped as our God. We believe that Lord Buddha is the 9th incarnation of Lord Vishnu.Buddha's teachings are simple and straightforward to understand in contrast to Lord Krishna's teachings as contained in the Bhagavad Gita.I shall go to Buddha Goya and visit the Peepul Tree under which Sidhartha Goutama meditated and became Buddha.

I’m so lucky that one video of this channel was recommended on my YouTube. I was listening and still I’m seeing your videos. I am an overthinking person and I suffer a lot and surprisingly that first video was about overthinking, how to get rid of it .
Watching all your videos. Sometimes I’m having goosebumps, sometime my eyes get filled with tears and sometime I’m repeating your words and shaking my head . You are my inspiration from today and I have to get rid of my anger and overthinking issue , and I will . Thanks for all the words and thanks for making these life changing videos .

1. Practice gratitude 0:40 When you practice gratitude, the first thing you can do is be grateful for your life. Everyday, first thing in the morning, say to yourself that "I am grateful for my life" and "I am grateful for everything." Be grateful for everyone, no matter good or bad or what they've done. 2. Practice Mindfulness 2:10 Everyday for 10 minutes or more just be mindful of what you're doing, if you're walking then be mindful about it. You can also sit on a chair or in a meditation posture and just acknowledge everything. 3. Practice self-positive talk 3:10 The more you think negatively, it becomes a habit and will affect your personality. Instead, think "I am worthy", "I am happy", "I love myself" or other positive self-talk affirmations. Do these simple practices everyday and your life will become better.
