Using this guided meditation to shift 2nite since I have autism and adhd
Time i used this: 10:20pm
Dr: better Cr
Symptoms: numbness,my room spinning,flashing white lights and not knowing where my hands were
Did I shift/minishift: no,I woke up because it felt scaryy😭
Did I have dreams about my dr: no
How long did I stay:
How did I feel the morning after: my head felt heavy and I kinda felt cranky😭
This is my first time shifting in awhile,probably the best method I tried! I will check out some other methods as well.

now i dont have adhd but this rlly helped me focus on my dr, and i actually had some pretty decent symptoms for the first time in a while. i was literally just listening and 4x during the video i saw random flashes of bright white light for a split second, the first time was the brightest. i could also visualize my dr really well so while i havent shifted yet id like to think i got really close <3

I don't know if I have ADHD or not because I just gave up on therapy a year ago.
But it's EXTREMELY hard for me to concentrate, it's so frustrating. I can't concentrate on anything, living is not easy this way and I always end up so annoyed, I try to focus but I can't, and when I try to meditate, I also can't. I start breathing deeply and slowly, thinking about my dr or whatever, and one minute later I am thinking about ANYTHING ELSE... 😭
It's so annoying because I get mad and give up or just try to meditate again and after one milion times trying, I accidentally sleep.
BUT THIS MEDITATION SAVED MY LIFE. Honestly I don't even have words to express how grateful I am for this. Of course I didn't focused sometimes, but I always kind of came back from distractions earlier and it wasn't something forced or that made me frustrated or mad, just occurred naturally????? I can't even explain, and the fact that they repeat the questions is so good because I don't miss anything even if I get distracted for a moment. Also when people snap their fingers I usually get a little bothered but this time I didn't. The entire meditation was so relaxing and I felt so good. Seriously, thank you so much, thank you thank you THANK YOU.
I ended up falling asleep in the middle of it but I was very tired before sooooo...
But it's also the first time I don't blame myself for falling asleep, I had a good sleep and woke up feeling SO WELL. I will certainly try this meditation again.

this made me feel extremely confident in my affirmations and ability to shift. i wasn’t able to shift because i’m having really bad insomnia today and awake methods don’t usually work well for me, but i’ll definitely try this again in the future! i felt like i could focus really well and my visualization felt like some of the best i’ve ever done while trying to shift. i know i can shift it’s just a matter of when it’ll happen
