2 years ago, I started my shifting journey, and in those 2 years, I had no results. Symptoms yes, but no shifts. Until I did this meditation. This method is the best method I've ever done. My limbs felt heavy, my body was radiating with energy, and I felt my environment change. Last night, I mini-shifted for the first time.
I had my eyes closed, but my bed and pillow felt different. When I turned over, they felt like silk(which is what they're like in my DR), and I could feel that I wasn't in my bedroom anymore. I scratched an itch on my nose, and my face and hands felt way different. Then, I felt someone kiss me on the cheek, which is where I opened my eyes and found myself in my CR bedroom.

I SHIFTED WITH THIS!! on the first night I tried š„ŗ also this is the BEST METHOD/MEDITATION Iāve ever used! It was only a mini-shift it was a wonderful experience. I mini-shifted and I was laying in my S/O lap, I felt his arm, I was hugging him and he was talking to me, it was the longest shift I experienced it was beautiful š„° since then I have used this as apart of my routine, I have a lot of symptoms. The first time I used this after 11 mins in, one min I was laying on my side and the next minute I freaked out as I started falling so I panicked as i was that deep in meditation I didnāt know, I was safe on my bed. I opened my eyes went back into it, then within 2 mins I shifted š I even got symptoms after the meditation finished. I always get strong symptoms since. Last night my body was shaking, flashing lights, tingles in my head, buzzing ears, hearing my dr loved ones. Thatās it Iām sticking with this until Iām fully home itās the best thank you so much ā¤

Hi fellow shifters! If you arenāt a fan of breathing meditation the actual shifting method starts at 5:40. Ik sometimes breathing meditations can make me feel dizzy so I totally understand. Also love this method! Another good one!!! I use it every night for shifting and manifestation. Thank you sm alunir!!! Happy Shifting everyone ā¤

I have never had an experience like I did last night with this meditation, I've been trying to shift for 3 years with no results until last night, my body felt numb and heavy, my mind was completely blank and I couldn't hear anything including you voice only the metronome, when the meditation had ended I turned it off and put my phone away as normal until unbeknownst to me I had closed my eyes, I genuinely though I had turned my lamp on in my room, got up and left except when I left my room I was in my DR for about a minute but it was extremely vivid, so vivid that when I opened my eyes again I was extremely confused as to why I was still in bed

My body was very numb and when Alunir was counting to 100, I was rapidly affirming to myself and setting the intention to wake up and shift to my DR. Some advice, with LOA, when they say let go, they donāt mean to totally give up your desire but rather to give it time to manifest, because it will. Also, whoever reading this will shift, this is your sign that your manifestations regarding shifting is coming true. You got this! Remember to also keep persisting, thatās also an important part of LOA. I was told a breakthrough for me is coming soon and I can feel it, so is everyone elseās.

update: i didn't actually shift because I was feeling too tired for the day but I felt closer THAN EVER. i was seeing flashing lights (I've never had that symptom before), I heard the slight noise from my neighbours tv start to fade, and my whole body felt floating!! I even heard a weird noise that was so weird it didn't even feel real
