I wanna share my story because you seem to have a similar one to mine. I have 6 mental health diagnoses. Bipolar I, CPTSD, social and generalized anxiety, ADHD, and borderline personality disorder. I have memories associated with almosy every...traumatic thing you can think of pretty much for a kid to teenager. Im 19 years old, and transmasculine nonbinary. I came out at 14. Surrounding this was a messy divorce and an abusive ex on my moms part. In that time I experienced self harm, suicidal friends, passive suicidal ideation, experiences with drinking and drugs. Im thankful I never touched the hard stuff. I've always been a loner and haven't had many friends. At 16 to 17 I experienced my first manic episode and was. Lost for a while. Everything was a high in the best and worst way and I snuck out. I slept around. I won't go into detail but those memories haunt me still. I've seen things no one deserves to see and im finally trying again to. To love myself. I've been fighting for so long to get better and this is my final push. I have to do it this time. I have friends now. I am loved. I am not safe yet as I live with my parents but I'm leaving soon. And I guess I just want you to know you're not alone and we will be okay. We have to be. Its what we deserve.
