They should've gone with a Volkswagen classic beetle (aka Kรคfer in ๐ฉ๐ช)... that classic icon of the hippies had well engineered seals that made it buoyant. Also while it's air cooled engine required a separate heater, one option was a dash mount coffeemaker!

This is a rather interesting recovery ! You always seems to work out the best way to make these recoveries. You make it look easy even if it isn't ! I wish you had a powerful work light on a tripod that you could set up that would light up the vehicle to be recovered in these night time recoveries.
