You would think Mr. helpful would move the other vehicles so you can more safely move his 9000 pounds of regret. You were very polite and very professional and did a great job. That guy is real lucky that you are the one who came out. I do find it funny that these E.V. owners dont disconnect the batteries and try to reboot like you would a computer. Most of the problems are software related.

TFL Car channel had the same issue with their EV Hummer a year ago. They had to jump through ridiculous hoops to disengage the parking brake mode, like open and close the driver window, open and close the passenger window, double-click this button, keep the brake pedal depressed for 20 seconds, etc. What a joke!
