Holding the pain alone in order not to hurt the person you loved, I think that is more painful than any of the reasons, i just ended my 4 years relationship though i always have the second thought of always needed him but it is the only way to make thing easier for the both of us. Maybe im selfish, but I am not that strong to hold it for so long, I never been this pain before, my mind says don't let go but my head always visiting the idea that distancing yourself for good. And i think that is what people must decide carefully before saying goodbyes.

I feel alone. I feel helpless. I make promises and break them. Nobody likes me, I’m no good for anyone and I.. I don’t know. Heartbreak and just.. everything. And I normally deal with it myself but it feels like there isn’t anyone here but me and I can’t do it myself anymore because I’m not that strong and i put on a smile, knowing I can’t love “her” because she doesn’t feel the same way, but the memories. But instead he did something that made your heart drop . He cheated on you Karina , when he fought with you he kept a motionless face and then Karina push you down the stairs , but none of them knew that you were pregnant. They waited for a few minutes because they thought that you were faking it. But 40 minutes passed you still hadn't woken up. But then when Karina went to the bathroom and she was washing her hands she saw a pregnancy test on the bathroom counter and said Babe can you come ,Your bf ran up the stairs and went to the bathroom and saw her holding the test and said is it mine babe . Karina said No,Babe it's not mine wait wait wait , no no no no no no no .Your Bf said is everything alright babe . Karina pushed your boyfriend lightly and she slowly went downstairs because she did not want to fall and she picked you up and she brought you to the hospital and said God please make her and the baby survive please. Karina went in to the hospital and then she screamed for the doctor and then the doctor and nurses went to her and they put you in to the emergency room and then in that room you were giving childbirth and you were crying as well and the girl nurse said come one more push and your done and the baby will be out okay.

I would say the biggest pain is ignoring how you truly feel.I think that is pain simply eating at you.But there best way to do that is deflecting that pain by noticing it and changing the perspective.Keep going sometimes sad songs can help us or destroy us just know you are worth it 😉
