Jake Lloyd is a sad story. He was literally bullied his entire life for simply being an actor. People can be absolutely awful.

The fact that this happens to most child actors is so sad.

Judy Garland's life, for me, was very tragic. From her childhood to her fame, to her failed marriages, to her last days. The only thing that was good for her was becoming a mother. Her story makes me really sad 😔

The worst part is the people who did that to Judy garland were never held accountable. They drugged a child and ruined her life for their own gain.

I feel bad for Jake Lloyd. The mental damage of getting bullied through his education sounds terrible and I hope he gets better soon.

How they messed up Judy Garland is just unimaginable. Destroying a life of a child forever like this should be of highest criminal offence

I was pretty sad hearing what Judy Garland went through. She went from playing a character in one of the most iconic movies ever made. To performing in a bar for only 100 dollars. She deserved better treatment...

Jake's story is exactly the argument against child acting. Yes, we need child actors sometimes, but we should never exploit them for these roles and they should be protected. Forcing children into fame will ruin them.

For anyone wondering what happened to Julianna Rose Mauriello (Stephanie from Lazy Town) since I don't think it was actually covered in the video despite her being in the thumbnail- Julianna felt she grew too old to be Stephanie so quit the show, especially since she was 4 years older than the character to start with anyway. She then toured the UK for a while, teaching children the importance of being healthy and active. After travelling back to the US she realised "the life of lights" wasn't for her, so she quit acting and went to college and university where she'd eventually get a masters degree. She is now an Occupational Therapist and is doing really well for herself.

It's always so sad to watch The Wizard of Oz knowing how Judy's life ended.

Knowing what we know after Quiet on Set about Drake Bell, it's definitely a new perspective to see everything from

I’m so glad Macaulay Culkin managed to get his life back on track. I know we’ll probably never see him in a movie again, but it was so awesome to see his turnaround.

Judy's story is so sad seeing as it wasn't even really her fault in the beginning - the whole Wizard of oz production was horrible and it ended up affecting her whole life :(

There's a very sad irony that Garland starring in what is arguably one of America's most treasured classics had also been the clearest example of the horrors that Hollywood has had on its stars, with unchecked practices being swept under the rug. I'm glad that a light has been shined on the abuse Garland had suffered, but it's so sad that it took this long

These kids deserved so much better. It really shows the dark side of fame, especially early fame.

Imagine being a teenager who does 60 interviews a day, that definitely messes you up a bit especially when you are in puberty stage

You haven't even scratched the surface of the shit Judy Garland went through as a child star. My heart aches for what she and her peers went through from Shirley Temple to Mickey Rooney. And let's not forget the treatment of black actors in that time period. Her story is tragic. Rest In Peace dear Judy.

If you add Judy Garland, you have to include Mickey Rooney. The were child stars together and BFF's for the remainder of her life, and were basically experimented on with drugs in order to delay puberty.
