I have no idea what you are saying to me all night but holy sh$# it is working lol. It was/is really cool because I'm not even looking for for the change, and actually forget all about it. Then there have been things that usually would cause me to have super negative feelings/thoughts about myself and for the first time in the 46 years I have been alive I had a positive thought about myself and didn't let others words hurt me! You have no idea what this means to me and thank you so much. I literally tell my therapist I don't know how I can ever have a positive self concept/thought after so many years of being negative so this is very exciting for me.

I just woke up & all I heard was “you are the one &’only designer of your life.”
And I’ve heard so many things. Even the breathe in the beginning... as I am suffering ptsd from an abusive marriage I’m exiting.
