There is a major flaw in the Sov-Cit arguments. Australian law is based on English Common Law, under the law of the UK ONLY the sovereign (KING) is sovereign in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. So, their argument falls at the first hurdle. However , historically in Scotland (and only Scotland) the "People" are "Sovereign". Expect loads of bagpipe playing, kilt wearing, Sov-Cits in court some day soon !

There is a simple solution who is right and who is wrong: Is Australia a corporation? or is it The Republic of Australia ? If it is a corporation, then the argument is mute, These judges, lawyers, prosecutors, police are corporate employees and do not fall under the Republic of Australia a separate entity and law based of the constitution. Think about this carefully, are you following corporate policies or the Republics constitutional law.

You can always believe anything you like, does not make it real.
Part of the SovCit view is not to use lawyers as (in their minds) lawyers work for the court, not for their clients. SovCits also believe that they know 'magic' words that will cause the cases against them to be dismissed and really don't understand when that does not happen. It is quite common for SovCits to shout, 'I object!" when they are convicted.
