I'm an abuse survivor with PTSD, and one of the worst parts about it is the hypervigilance all the time. It feels like even the slightest shift in the room I'm in is going to reveal something that'll jump out and kill me. My heart is constantly pounding, my hands shake, my head gets loud and feels like it's going to explode, and it's all I can do to keep composed and slowly remind myself that the demons aren't real and never have been. I've always struggled to put what that feels like into words, and music has always helped. This song in particular hit right home. It felt like he was saying the things I never could explain, like I wasn't alone in this, and that's made so much of a difference. Thanks, Nathan, for being such a key player in my healing from the past and finally starting to experience a little peace of mind.

I can't really thank you enough... during the lockdown in Italy, I was in quarantine with my grandma because she could have been positive to Covid-19.
