i have anxiety myself, i also do many of the same things he does such as bouncing my leg, pinching my fingers, and just fidgeting in general. i also have tics, and as an actor myself i tend to struggle to prevent anxiety attacks from happening particularly backstage. when iโm on stage i very rarely have tics other then my blinking ones. thereโs many people in both the theatre and acting industry who struggle with these things and itโs nice to know weโre not alone<3
