i have anxiety myself, i also do many of the same things he does such as bouncing my leg, pinching my fingers, and just fidgeting in general. i also have tics, and as an actor myself i tend to struggle to prevent anxiety attacks from happening particularly backstage. when i’m on stage i very rarely have tics other then my blinking ones. there’s many people in both the theatre and acting industry who struggle with these things and it’s nice to know we’re not alone<3
