I haven’t moved my body mindfully in a very long time. While I wasn’t able to finish all of the reps each time and my form wasn’t the best, I finished the video. I criticized my body the entire time because of its size and because of how little I felt capable of doing, but the verse at the end reminded me to cherish my body even when it feels limited.

Now THIS had me DRENCHED. I thought this May be more challenging than strength training 😂 I think modifications would be helpful in the corner of the screen! I couldn’t do all the moves so I did what I thought could be a modification! love your videos! 🤎 so empowering & not intimidating with a beautiful message at the end 🥹

So I tried this today because I’ve never tried pilates… so I thought. You probably aren’t old enough to remember a lady named Charlene Prickett, but my mom used to work out with her on Lifetime when I was a kid in the 80s. She was definitely doing Pilates, and I was doing it with her…for fun. 😅 I don’t remember fun burning this much tho. 😂😂
