Watching your chin-up / push-up / chin-up / push-up routine here prompts me to ask: do you make a general effort to intersperse all of your "pull" exercises with "push" exercises? Or will you often do lots of one type consecutively? I've found that I need to intersperse them, to prevent hand, arm and shoulder injury. Is this weird, or is it something others do too? Great video btw
