This was honestly the hardest hitting episode I've ever seen. I am a male, but I was raped many times in my neighborhood where I grew up by this man and his nephew for years. When his wife caught him in the act, they turned me into the one who asked for it and my piece of shit dad forced me to write an apology letter to the family.
Edit: I typed this crying in the middle of the video, this woman is so unbelievably strong. I'm so proud of her. This shit home for me more than anything has in a very long time. You can see the light at the end of the tunnel, you can reach it too. What she said about choosing good and positive activities means so much to me. It rings so true. God I love this channel.

this is why itās so dangerous to have the mindset that conversations about sex, boundaries, consent are inappropriate to have with girls/daughters. This poor women was being terrorized & raped by a group of men and couldnāt even recognize that she wasnāt giving consent. you can tell itās taken some therapy for her to understand what was done to her. so sad my heart breaks for her.
