I could remember several years ago, I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Was actually diagnosed with cptsd. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. This is something that really need to be use globally to help people with related health challenges.

This video described every aspect of my life for the past 10-15years. You tell people your depressed & because nothing traumatic enough has happened to you, people have a way of dismissing how you feel. Theyāll say āeveryone has a bad day. Everyoneās depressed once in a whileā āGet over itā
I wake up everyday with a pit in my stomach, I can cry for no reason, Iām unmotivated & I struggle most days to even get out of bed & to do the simplest things ( chores, keep up with hygiene, make a meal, etc. ) When I do something simple, I almost feel fulfilled in a weird way. It sucks, because I know Iām capable of so much more, but Iāve convinced myself Iāll feel like this for the rest of my life.
Iāve been talking to someone weekly, itās been helping & I just hope to get over this. It feels hopeful to know Iām not alone.

I have all of these. Iām tiredā¦ all I want to do is watch YouTube. I donāt feel like pursuing anything because I feel that nothing is valuable or worth it. Even things I used to dream ofā¦ my anxiety is much better but without anxiety life feels unexciting and dull often. The only things I even consider doing are rather dangerous or extreme in order to get some feeling from them. Idk I wouldnāt say Iām sad but rather ādissatisfied with my contentment or lack of desireā if that makes sense

I live with majour depressive disorder and on top of exercise, I've found that having pets around can really help, especially if you live alone. Just having another body around that cares about you unconditionally can really help and having another being to take care of is a good way to get yourself up

I get told I'm too sensitive, lazy, that I could've done more, or planned in case I wasn't feeling well. My first year of university went by, and I barely remember any of it, so many days were the same and blurred together. I've had depression for a few years, but it never got that bad. I heard of people who couldn't shower or brush their teeth, and thought it would never happen to me. Now it takes so much of my energy away. It's all the same. Repetitive. Tiring. I get no sleep. It makes me exhausted, so I don't do well in everyday life, and yet still I can't sleep. The cycle repeats over and over. I don't want to keep on living like this
