Health--care consumers, pay attention to this! I recommend everyone--parents especially--send this video to his or her pediatrician, dentist and primary-care doctor. Good breathing has to start early in order to avoid inadequate facial bone development, misaligned teeth, sleep apnea, ADHD and poor overall oral health--among a host of other problems that can be a nightmare to correct down the road for doctor and patient alike. We should all pay close attention to what Patrick McKeown and Buteyko have already taught millions around the world: slow, mindful breathing through the nose optimizes oxygen delivery, uses CO2 to increase that efficiency, and optimizes production of nitric oxide, with the result of increased airway flow, blood vessel dilation and--if we start early--the avoidance of HUGE problems down the road.

I sometime use this video when I struggle to relax in the Reduced Breathing section of an Adult Set, it helps me a lot. I am new to Buteyko having only recently had the five day course, my progress is good but slow and my overall well being is soooooo much better. I can highly recommend Patrick's book and CD Anxiety Free.

In disperation to get better, I practised these exercises intensely/wrongly. Now, I am having soreness just below ribs on left side. Any suggestions on how to practice these correctly? And how to fix soreness 😬

I need to ask some questions about the course you offer but not possible. The course in London says location Purley. That does not make sense. Also the dates offered between 14 and 17th. I would be coming from Sweden. I need to know about hotels, a place to stay. You don't have clear info on your site. Also no place to ask about details. Can't book a course if you don't have full info.
