I have a question in other videos and web pages they consider the MSB in signed integers as only an indicator and it wont be considered as a weight.
in other words the MSB in signed integers dont hold the magnitude of the number only the sign
but in your video it holds the magnitude of the number plus it indicates the sign of the number
